LTT were delighted to engage with Limerick City and County Council to provide Project Management and co-ordination services for the development of the Ballygrennen site in Co. Limerick

This site will include 115 residential units made up of:

🏠 73 three-and-four Bedroom houses
🏠 42 one-and-two Bed apartments

Also planning permission has been granted for:

✅  A 90-bedroom nursing home
✅  Brand-new 50-bed “Day hospital”

The site will be developed by Whitebox Property Group, Fewer Harrington & Partners, Clúid Housing, UPMC Ireland and Bon Secours.
