Enda is Chief Operating Officer at Limerick Twenty Thirty DAC, leading the company’s property development portfolio and operational activities. He has over 20 years’ experience across construction, infrastructure and real estate in Ireland and the UK. Enda holds an MBA from UCD Smurfit Business School and an honours degree in Construction Management. His expertise includes development strategy, commercial negotiation, investment and funding, and the delivery of large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
