About Frank O’Neill

Frank O’Neill was in 2013 one of the founders of Hibernia REIT plc, one of Ireland’s leading property investment and development companies, where he has been the Director of Operations since January 2019 having previously been its Chief Operating Officer. He has over 30 years of varied experience in the property sector. Previously he was a director of Rohan Holdings, a privately owned property company, and an equity partner in WK Nowlan & Associates, a specialist property consultancy practice. He qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Surveyor and has a B Comm from University College Dublin, a MSc in Spatial Planning from Technical University Dublin and diplomas in Property Investment, Property Tax and Property and Facilities Management.
