Michael O’Malley

Michael is a Senior Project Manager/Development Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor. A graduate of the Technological University of the Shannon (formerly LIT) he has a first-class honours degree in quantity surveying and full professional membership of the Project Management Institute, Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Michael has over 20 years’ experience of both private and public sector construction projects with significant management experience in the appraisal, cost management and delivery of capital works across a range of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Educational and the Community & Voluntary sector.
