Seán Quinn

Seán is a Project Manager with Limerick Twenty Thirty and a Chartered Member of Engineers Ireland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Limerick and graduated with a 1st Class Honours Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the Munster Technological University (formerly CIT). With over 12 years’ experience in engineering consultancy, Seán has successfully delivered projects from concept through to completion including residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, educational and retail developments for both public and private sector clients. He combines strong technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach to risk management, ensuring complex developments are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and to the highest professional standards.
